Actually the only way to avoid the crash audio card is to use the irqpoll kernel parameter, even if the sound is always "fragmented".
Without this parameter, also the pcmcia stop working after a little time. I also tried to use the some driver parameters such buggy_irq, etc, with no lucky. Please ask for any question or test.
