Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pulseaudio
Hello, On my previous Ubuntu version (Kubuntu 8.04), I had no sound issue with the same movie and player. I increased the buffer size of VLC ("very high latency" setting) but it didn't solve my issue. Note that boinc-client is running tasks all the time in background with 19 niceness as it did with the previous Ubuntu version.
