Public bug reported: Binary package hint: squid3
squid v2 puts its resolvconf update script into /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/ . squid3 puts the corresponding script into /etc/resolvconf.d/update-libc.d/ . As we can conclude from the source of resolvconf itself, it does not call scripts in /etc/resolvconf.d/ at all. May be it is worth to place squid3 script where squid2 places it, to get the same effect. Hope this would be fixed even before Ubuntu 10.04 is released ... ** Affects: squid3 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Wrong placed resolvconf update script for squid3 (Ubuntu 9.10) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/493926 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
