Yeah, got a bit ahead of myself there, upon further reflection it is clearly a 
bug.
Now I'm just disputing the fact that it 
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/493479) is a duplicate 
of this bug :).
