Public bug reported: I have a Toshiba nb100 netbook, everything worked fine until i've upgraded to Karmic. I have now random freezes, sometimes the system is not even coming back, just hangs. I've the latest bios, did a clean install, and i have now the latest kernel, still facing problems.
In dmesg, after having a freeze i see: [ 166.006210] psmouse.c: TouchPad at isa0060/serio4/input0 lost synchronization, throwing 2 bytes away. What i'm thinking of, is a driver what has been altered, and on this hw buggy. Its really irritating, please give priority, netooks it one of the strongest markets for Ubuntu. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: freeze nb100 toshiba touchpad ** Tags added: freeze nb100 toshiba touchpad -- Toshiba NB100 freezes randomly with UNR 9.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/492853 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
