Hi, This bug has not occurred again. I have now downloaded Valgrind and will create a log file if this bug occurs again. Not sure what would be accomplished if I sent you a log file of my my current configuration as all is (I think) working well and I have also installed some other packages. If you think a log file would be useful of the current status I can provide one but would need a few pointers as to the file you would wish me to direct Valgrind to. Regards, Gordon
