I downloaded the latest 64bit version of Adobe Flash player and can
state that it _doesn't_ fix this issue, so it is not due to the wrapper.

There are no javascript errors produced at the console, at least none
that differ from the "none" to the "normal" or "best" settings when
running the page.

Also of note (possibly) is the fact that this doesn't work on the CBBC
website http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/ there is a "handle" at the top to
randomly select sub-sites which doesn't pull if you are in anything
other than "none".
