Raul, please keep an eye out for an update to Karmic through your Update
Manager. When you update your kernel, be sure to reboot and then test
the sound system. Report back here if there are still trouble or not.
Note, you can get to the kernel update sooner if you allow your computer
to accept updates from the "Karmic-Proposed" repository (which can be
set in Synaptics). However, be warned that it is a testing repository
and you *may* experience other regressions.
