desktop-switcher had a series of issues, was not maintained and was
removed from the archive in Karmic. As this bug was for the version in
Karmic, I'm closing it as Invalid. The template was also disabled, as
per -> https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations-
coordinators/msg00201.html
