Analyzing the log, I see that the client is working properly so far. You
should leave it working a while, until it finishes doing all its stuff.
If you want to inspect, the "MARK" lines are useful, for example:
2009-11-19 18:22:31,352 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon.Main - NOTE - ---- MARK
(state: START_WORKING_ON_METADATA_WITH_CONTQ; queues: metadata: 112;
content: 80; hash: 0, fsm-cache: hit=6396 miss=92) ----
That means that are still 112 metadata operations to go, and after that,
80 content operations.
Those numbers should go down, unless you actually do some stuff with
your files (that are operations that get queued), so the numbers may go
up in those cases.
Anyway, please let the ubuntone-client finish, and reopen this bug if
you find any kind of issue regarding that.
