The Reinteract application [1] uses these icons to indicate the status of Python source code displayed in a tab: gtk-ok (16x16 missing for this one) gtk-refresh gtk-apply gtk-dialog
Whenever the status changes to "successfully executed", the gtk-ok icon is used. Since 16x16 is missing for that icon, the tab suddenly gets taller which causes an ugly layout change in the window.
