I just installed and updated karmic amd64 and this issue is still present. This is referring to the window border for the Dust Sand theme and no other. I had to download the latest version (Dust- extras-0.4.tar.gz) from https://code.launchpad.net/dusttheme/+download to get it to work properly. This should definitely be included in the updates.
