"nm-applet" starts, but there is only a grey quadrat instead of the "nm-applet" 
symbol at the first session.
Additionally I can't switch between networks because the menu doesn't appaer.

If I run "killall nm-applet" and restart it ("nm-applet --sm-disable"),
it will run!

by the way: While a running second session "nm-applet" doesn't start.

@Marcerino: The fix doesn't work for me!
