Please ignore this my request.
I have just noticed that my debdiff is completely wrong. Packaging new
upstream release request to face out a lot of problems (transient CVS
data, binary shipped with tarball and others). Perhaps it is better try
to resolve them separately.
So I mark this bug as "Invalid".
