Hi, just an update: I'm testing Ubuntu 10.04 now, which comes with gpodder 2.0. I'm using the same configuration directory (my Ubuntu 9.10 and 10.04 share the same home directory) and everything seems to be fine now. So, I can confirm that this bug did exist in gpodder 0.17.0, which has been fixed in gpodder 2.0.
