The list of subscribers (which has the Unsubscribe button on the top) is after the Duplicates list. Since this bug has an enormous amount of duplicates, this is a bit down the page.
Note that if you have real problems with suspend/resume (not only the timeout warning) your report is a false duplicate so you should un- duplicate it instead of unsubscribing.
