apport-retrace: error: no such option: --no-dpkg

this was supposed to be fixed already in Jaunty.

Looking further, it appears that in Karmic, apport-retrace requires the
new --no-pkg option while apport-chroot still calls apport-retrace using
the old --no-dpkg.
