Public bug reported:

If one need to rebuild kernel after installing kernel patches like atop's
network counters,
then the installation process should say so.

As in bug #134159

Please at least:
after installation write to read:
usr/share/doc/kernel-patch-atopcnt/README-kernelpatch.Debian

and best - offer to run a script that rebuilds&installs kernel with all
currently installed parches sources
