Ok problem solved
I id exactly as jake wrote. with some changes.

1. Go to the 'Account' tab in UbuntuOne web interface.
2. Click 'View the machines connected to this account'.
3. Select EVERY entry for the machine that is being repeatedly connected.
4. Click 'Remove selected computers'.
5. Purged ubuntuone by "sudo aptitude purge ubuntuone-client-gnome"
6. Because /home/***/.config/ubuntuone folder was still on my computer i
deleted it to remove any configuration of ubuntuone off my computer
7. Add the machine to UbuntuOne agan. On one.ubuntu website --> accounts i add
my computer again following the instalations instructions and installed ubuntu
one again. Then Add my computer to my account.

After that ubuntu one connected with no problem.
