I have a similar issue where I mistyped the password on the initial authorizing request and then it locked up. I closed the box as it was unresponsive after I typed it in correctly and now the package will not load as it says it is already loaded when I click on INSTALL link, but shows it at 3% behind the notification window. This is exasperated by the "in Progress" notification going away when i remove the ntofication window.
