Status in ALSA driver: Invalid
Status in PulseAudio sound server: Invalid
Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: New

Bug description:
The sound system doesn't work properly after re-installation to 9.10.

The are many manifestation of it. Two example
- Very often especially after any sound related operation (i.e. volume
change) sound is backing but strange noise similar to farts. I have to mute
and unmute sound to stop it.
- The sound doesn't without special reason. I.e. Today: The sound in Firefox
didn't work until I muted mysterious python plugin. I stopped to work again
after the truck finished that time I had to unmuted it.

I'm using Sound Card
02:02.0 Multimedia audio controller: Cirrus Logic CS 4614/22/24/30
[CrystalClear SoundFusion Audio Accelerator] (rev 01)

and Microphone from USB Camera
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 046d:08d9 Logitech, Inc. QuickCam IM/Connect

Both had worked fine with few recent Ubuntu, OpenSuSE, Fedora.

I guess it pulse or driver issue.
