Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Evolution repeatedly crashed on starting. Sometimes fetching mail is
unsuccessful even after hours of trying (happening right now). Otherwise
fetching mail results in continuously fetching the same mails again and
again until forcefully being terminated. These problems occur since I
have installed Ubuntu 9.10 with Evolution 2.28.1.
