Lorents, I believe that this bug has expired. Bryce Harrington stated that anyone who experiences this problem should file a new bug report running "ubuntu-bug xorg" from the terminal (See post #8). Also, if it isn't too much trouble I'd like to see if the process I listed in post #7 produces a crash for you. When you file your new bug, please post a link to in here so that I can find it and subscribe to it. Thank you.
