Sorry guys for replying for emails, that why my comments are full of quotes.
Today I downloaded the 2.6.32-rc7 kernel and realized that Dave Arlie's patch is in it. So I compiled the kernel. First, the radeon driver was built within the kernel (with option Y/*). In this way I can't boot up my machine with graphical environment. Second, the radeon driver was built as a kernel module. This way the kernel works fine, everything is booting up normally (except my Atheros wifi, but it's another story), but the resume from suspend still doesn't work. It's the same as it was: seems like successfully suspend, but can't wake up, the notebook is completely frozen. :( If you need further information or some output to find the bug, please write me. -- [RC410] Xpress 200M hangs when resuming from suspend with DRI (needs KMS) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/305301 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
