Hi Jonathan, Thank you for your help with network manager.
I have downloaded Feisty Herd 4 and it is detecting my wireless network card when it boots from CD, at the moment i can not install it. The problem is when i configure the connection to the wireless network, Feisty is not able to configure my network card.I think Feisty should detect and connect to the wireless network when booting from CD, i really would want to know why it is not connecting to the wireless network. Did you hear about wifi-radar?, it seems to be better than network manager for wireless networks, it is developed in python, may be you want to check how it works to improve the networkmanager wireless connection detection and configuration.
