I confirm this. I haven't found any pattern how to reproduce this. These refs and unrefs are not necessary. Every crash there are this error message: Assertion '!in_worker(m)' failed at pulse/thread-mainloop.c:161, function pa_threaded_mainloop_stop(). Aborting.
