I think this bug, or something similar, is keeping my Karmic from
booting.  The installer "sees" one large disk made up of my 2 500gb HDs
... it does not see the Jaunty installation at all.  Install with or
without RAID results in system not booting.

Live CD, Alt CD,  makes no difference, no amount of tweaking the
partitioning will get 9.10 installed and booting.  9.04 Live CD works
fine, what changed?

Even just upgrading an existing Jaunty install to Karmic kills the
system and results in a non-bootable PC, would love that explained.
