Finally a solution to my problem found in another bug => https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/452343 No more glitch after applying the power_save to 0 in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf I hope this tweak will be integrated in next updates.
