Odd that this happened with Transmission 1.75. It's got at least two safeguards to prevent this:
1. When a torrent's resume data changes (including what's been downloaded, and what directory it's been downloaded to), Transmission saves that data in the .resume file. 2. If Transmission thinks it downloaded data for a torrent, but then can't find that data on startup, it should stop the torrent and give the error message "Can't find local data. Try ``Set Location'' to find it, or restart the torrent to re-download." Just to confirm, are you certain that this happened with Transmission 1.75? Did you re-add the torrents by hand after restarting Transmission? -- Tramsmission broke and lost all my torrents (data) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/479351 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
