Ok I emailed Nero support to ask for help as I think that part of the problem is the media of data. I visited too Verbatim web and search for my type of CD-RW (in spanish): http://www.verbatim.es/es_9/product_cd- rw-24x_122.html
So it is confirmed that CD-RW can be burned at last 1000 times and my CD has few scratchs as has been stored in a paper sleeve (as comes from a 10 CD spindle, not individual) but I dont thnik that is for it, I think that perhaps some part of the problem is the action did it for the software InCD...now I understand why Nero 7 has disabled his option to install it in basic mode installation...mm..
