  * Rebuild for libmagick++1 to libmagick++2 transition (LP: #446231)
  * src/antlr/CharScanner.hpp: added missing <cstdio> header to fix a FTBFS.
    Patch taken from Debian
  * src/envt.hpp: added DInterpreter as friend to EnvBaseT, to fix a compilation
    error with GCC 4.4 (DInterpreter access to a private member). Patch taken
    from uptream and released in rc3
