Downgrading the kernel is possible, eg
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=261289 (not the best thread,
but it explains it. Was the first one to come up on a Google search).

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

- wireless does not work after some time
- system crashes
- touchpad
- cold starts necessary to get going again
- gnometris does not work correctly
+ Cleaned up by BugSquad, description was not about the bug.

- i had NO problems with 9.04; this is unacceptable, most
- of the time i have no network and cannot do my work.
