This is embarrassing. I have Crossover installed on my machine(s) to use some Windows programs, and there was a conflict when I would use the Flashplayer. When I uninstalled the Crossover flashplayer, and tried starting www.sprintip.com, the system would try to reinstall the Crossover flashplayer instead of using the loaded Ubuntu deb flashplayer. That means there is some link between the two OS systems which should not be there. Uninstalling the Crossover program corrected my problems.
If you have any ideas about this, please let me know. I will contact Crossover about this and see if they have a solution for this. Thank you very much.
