Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

If I have an email with some link that contains & character, like
foo.php?x=1&b=42
then kmail shows this URL text, in the body of message, as:
foo.php?x=1&b=42
which is of course invalid (evne though in the raw text of message, there is
correct "&b" form, and clicking the link with wrong text-name opens the correct
link address)
