After looking through the changelog for this package, I noticed it was removed around 2.7ubuntu14, so that means revision 2.7ubuntu13 and below should have these files. For 32-bit architectures, there should be http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gcc-3.3/libstdc++5_3.3.6-15ubuntu6_i386.deb available for use.
