Again, I received advice to-day that a new version was available, and in the details about it, it claimed that the version had been corrected.
However it installed again the 8.3.5.....which caused the same failure in Knoda, so I had to reverse to 8.3.4 perhaps it's just au automated behaviour of the update system who, seing an outdated package claims that a new one is available.
