Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: telepathy-mission-control-5

After closing empathy, I was unable to kill mission-control-5. It simply
respawned after receiving either -9 or sigterm kill signals. This is
particularly bad as I'd only meant to try out empathy and decided it
wasn't as good as pidgin. Now telepathy keeps logging me out of pidgin.
There's another process I want to finish before I kill it with a reboot
but that really shouldn't be necessary!
