The bug seems to appear only, when using 2 monitors. Even after 2 complete reinstalls. I'm using a macbook pro with the newest nvidia drivers. After heavy usage all applications suffer from this, but in the most cases it only affects gnome apps. Can be reproduced everytime when I need to scroll.
