Public bug reported: This happened the first time after connecting a webcam (logitech 4000 usb camera).
The above error/warning was shown and in addition: The mouse pointer were drawn at the very centre of the screen, otherwise the mouse was fully functional. I could click anything on the screen, but due to the pointer being drawn in the centre all the time, clicking was difficult/"being as if blindfold".
