Hi evfool, in my case flickering doesn't appear when compiz is turned off. Theres also no flickering in 3D-games (like sauerbraten or nexuiz) Weathergod: Yep, flickers are not reproducible although it seemed to be better when using the previous nvidia 173 drivers. This beeing a problem related to the video drivers means that I have to wait for a new version of those proprietary nvidia drivers?
