I put the kubuntu 9.10 netbook release current as of 10/31/09 onto a
Kensington 1gb USB thumb drive. It booted, memtest and integrity test
pass, but it comes up with a blank screen for "try kubuntu without a"
and "install kubuntu"
A05 bios version, boot order: usb-media - removable drives- hd
