Problem was solved here by following edits in blacklist.conf
Open this in the terminal: sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
Put a # and a space before the items "blacklist usbmouse" and "blacklist usbkbd"
These look now like this:
# blacklist usbmouse
# blacklist usbkbd

I'm not sure if this solution make other problems, but here it only gives me
improvements.
Now the USB-connections work and the webcam works too.

Tested on a Targa netbook, looks similar to the akoya E1210 (also here
in house) and the MSI u100
