Hi, Just to say I fixed the wireless connection problem in Ubuntu 9xx by connecting to the internet via an ethernet cable, and (re)installing the driver through Synaptics (search "B43" brought up B43-fwcutter_012-1_i386.deb). Can't understand why this driver isn't installed correctly during the installation process....... I now have to fix another problem involving rubbish display colours and definition.
