Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply. I have an update that may allow you to replicate the issue. I noticed that one of the sheets had on a cell a small mark that when I click on it, a gray "Anchor" icon appears. After deleting this "Anchor" I was able to open the file in Karmic without any issues.
I am wondering what does this Anchor means thought.
