I got one, not so good one, but it works. Actually I also got a modified one that is more appropriate for 9.10.
First one (got one minor problem, described in a moment): Download the file from the package-system from 9.04, this is found at: http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty/libs/ and is currently down, so I can't give the exact link, but you can find it there. Second option, which I also prefer is: Use a hacked version of the file.
