Binary package hint: gwibber
Hello,
Gwibber is unable to detect #hashtags with umlauts in them (and probably
other non-ascii chars).
To reproduce:
Search for #nürnberg with the integrated search. The hashtag in the
results is recognized as "#n" instead of "#nürnberg"
