A tempory solution is to execute eclipse pdt-all-in-one with this command : In a shell go into your eclipse directory and launch : GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1 ./eclipse
Search buttons work, if the problem occurs with other button, give the focus to the button (with tab button) and press enter.
