Mine is different in that I run a much later kernel linux- image-2.6.31-02063103-generic Until today, everything was fine, but the latest xorg update killed it with a black screen on boot. I now have to run linux-image-2.6.30-02063008-generic to see my screen. Shame, as the later kernel version has some improvements on the video front.
