After blacklisting "uvcvideo" in "/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf" the USB-ports of my netbook have been functional again :-) Till now I have made several reboots with success. My computer is also equipped with this bison webcam (ID 5986:0203) and I can't find any incoherence between bug #435352 and my problem. I will mark this report as duplicate of 435352. Can someone increase the importance level of bug 435352 because this issue seems to affect many people!
