To reproduce this bug is simple: 1.- Go to System - Administration - Users and Groups 2.- Click on the 'Click to make changes' button and enter your password. 3.- Click on the Add User button, then fill in the Username, Real name, User password and Confirmation fields, then click on the OK button. 4.- Select your new User and then click on the Delete button (after this step, your new User will disappear from the list). 5.- Click on the Close button. 6.- Go to System - Administration - Users and Groups, and you'll see that the user you've deleted is back again.
